Our programme draws on a format and structure that is familiar to Psychosynthesis trainings around the world and draws from our particular cultural, social and professional context. It provides a roadmap for psychospiritual development and practice. Whilst simultaneously deeply reflective and inner-directed, we work in groups and build community reflective of our nature as social beings.
Over the course of five years of part time study, the clinical teaching programme sets the vital framework to enable clients to develop new frames through which to engage with their own existence, greater confidence and flexibility in their own capacity for learning, creativity and insight, and a deeper access to personal, social, cultural and ecological resilience.
Practitioners and Supervisors
Trainees enrolled in the Integration Year onwards are expected to work with a Psychosynthesis Practitioner to deepen their understanding and process. Those in Professional Practice training will also require a Supervisor.

The professional association for Psychosynthesis practitioners (PAnzA) offers a list of practitioners who are available. Advice will be available from course facilitators if required.
For the purpose of pastoral care and trainee well-being, information regarding trainees needs and experience may be shared from time to time between facilitators and trainees practitioners/supervisors.
